H2Asia Conference Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before registering for the H2Asia Conference.
- Cancellation Requests: • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@apexone.asia • Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the H2Asia Conference organizers.
- Refunds: • All refunds are at the sole discretion of the H2Asia Conference organisers. • While we will consider refund requests, we do not guarantee that a refund will be issued. • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days of the decision.
- Factors Considered for Refunds: When reviewing refund requests, we may consider factors such as: • The timing of the cancellation request • The reason for cancellation • Any costs already incurred by the organisers
- Administrative Fee: If a refund is approved, we reserve the right to retain an administrative fee, the amount of which will be determined by the organisers.
- Ticket Transfers: • You may request to transfer your registration to another person until September 5, 2024. • Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to contact@apexone.asia. • Approval of transfer requests is at the discretion of the organisers.
- Conference Changes: • The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the conference program, speakers, venue, or date if necessary. • If we significantly change the conference date or format, you may submit a refund request for consideration. • Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- No-Shows: Attendees who do not show up for the conference without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
- Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation or significant alteration of the conference due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, refund decisions will be at the sole discretion of the organisers. Such circumstances may include but are not limited to: • Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, severe weather) • Acts of terrorism or war • Government regulations or actions • Public health emergencies, including pandemics or epidemics (such as COVID-19) • Travel restrictions or advisories • Strikes or labour disputes • Failure of essential suppliers or venues • Any other unforeseen events that render the conference impossible or inadvisable In such cases, the organisers reserve the right to: a. Postpone the conference to a later date b. Change the conference format (e.g., to a virtual or hybrid event) c. Cancel the conference entirely The organisers will make every effort to communicate any changes promptly and to offer reasonable alternatives where possible. However, we cannot guarantee refunds in force majeure situations.
- Partial Attendance: No full or partial refunds will be issued for partial attendance of the conference.
- Currency and Payment Method: If approved, refunds will be issued in the same currency and via the same payment method as the original transaction.
- Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of the H2Asia Conference organisers.
- Final Decision: All decisions made by the H2Asia Conference organisers regarding refunds and cancellations are final.
- Changes to Policy: The organisers reserve the right to update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website.
